Shashi Rattan, founder and head of Optimal Home Design, started building his own custom built home in the Mission Hills of Fremont, CA. Since 2001, Shashi and team have redesigned some of the most beautiful homes across the Bay Area including homes in Fremont, Palo Alto, Tracy, Milpitas, etc.

Shashi and the Optimal Design team start every new remodel with a FREE in-person consultation gig. The team handles everything including the home design, obtaining city approvals, all the way through the construction phase of the house. Optimal Design focuses on optimizing your home space for maximum efficiency, usage, and home value.
